  • Neighborhood Navigators: Sabrina Smith and Timmy Cox are Reading’s WeTHRIVE! Neighborhood Navigators. They are actively recruiting people from the community to join the Reading WeTHRIVE! team; planning the community health assessment presentation; helping with data gathering; convening meetings; and representing Reading at the WeTHRIVE!   • Community Health Assessment– Hamilton County Public Health compiled and shared findings from a Community Health Assessment at a community presentation on July 19, 2017. Results to a one question survey—“In your opinion, what are the most important issues that affect the health, safety, and well-being of your community?”—were also shared.
  • Reading Schools Join Effort– The Reading School District officially came on board as a WeTHRIVE! school district in May 2016. The school will continue to work on health and safety activities and will also work with the community WeTHRIVE! team.
