Has the winter cold sent you into hibernation? I have to admit that as the temperature drops, my physical activity suffers. But I know I need to exercise—it gives me energy and makes me feel good.

What to do? Some indoor exercise options are obvious—gyms, health clubs, mall walking, exercise DVDs. But there are other options that we often don’t think about. Let me give you an example.
